The subway runs daily from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm, providing 17 hours of service, including holidays. Fares are distance-based, ranging from 2 to 10 yuan.

Chongqing has a well-developed road network, with numerous public bus routes throughout the city. The expressway system also connects major nearby cities, making travel convenient. Bus tickets can be purchased on board or recharged using local transportation apps.
