Chongqing Hailian Vocational Technical College (hereinafter referred to as the “College”) was founded in 1999. It is a full-time vocational college with aviation characteristics. It has been filed with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and established with the approval of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government.

The sponsor of the College is Zhaoxin Education Research Institute, a 5A-level unit of Chinese social organizations. It has been awarded the "Advanced Unit of Chongqing Social Work Organizations" for many consecutive years. It gathers many authoritative scholars, has strong academic and scientific research strength, and excellent educational resources, fully empowering the development of the College, professional construction, and academic and scientific research, and making every effort to build the "Four Hailian Highs".
Guided by Party Building, Shaping Souls with Ideological and Political Education to Cultivate Student Groups with High Accomplishments
The College’s Committee of the Communist Party of China adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, earnestly studies and implements the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deeply understands the decisive significance of the "Two Establishments", strengthens the "Four Consciousnesses", firmly upholds the "Four Confidences", and fulfills the "Two Maintenances". It resolutely implements the political task of "Three Ensures" of the Chongqing Party Committee.
In 2023, the Party Branch of Ctrip Cultural and Tourism Industry College passed the inspection of the "Model Party Branch of the Education Working Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee"; the School Youth League Committee was rated as the "May 4th Red Flag Youth League Committee of Chongqing", and won the "Grand Prize" in the target assessment of the work of the Chongqing Communist Youth League for four consecutive years; in 2022, the series of brand activities of "Learning from the Hongyan Spirit" in our college was rated as a "Brand of Youth League and Student Work with Growth Potential" by Chongqing Youth League Committee.
Integration of Industry and Education, Diversified School-running to Build an International Educational Platform
The College continuously deepens the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation. It has in-depth cooperation with leading enterprises such as Ctrip Group, Li Auto, and South Surveying and Mapping Group. It actively explores the introduction of enterprises into the school, the joint construction of on-campus and off-campus internship and training bases, the joint construction of Ctrip Cultural and Tourism Industry College and South Surveying and Mapping Intelligent Industry College. Also the College sets up some orientation classes with enterprises, such as Li Auto Orientation Class, Geely Orientation Class, etc. The College promotes the joint cultivation of talents by schools and enterprises, the reform of the school-running mode and talent cultivation mode of the College, realizes the close connection between talent cultivation and the industrial chain and innovation chain, and has embarked on a path of school-running with characteristics of modern vocational education.
The College has successively joined the Higher Education Branch of Chongqing Brand Building Promotion Association, Chongqing Education International Exchange Association, Sino-Thai Vocational Education Alliance and China-Uzbekistan Vocational Education Alliance. The College, together with the Canadian Aviation College and the Service Consortium of Chongqing for International People-to-People Exchange, has jointly built the Chongqing International Aviation Training Service Center. It has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Myongji University in South Korea, Krirk University in Thailand, Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology in Malaysia, and Nanyang Institute of Management in Singapore, enhancing the international influence of the College.
Collaborative Innovation, Symbiosis of the College and the City to Start a New Education Model in Liangjiang New Area
In September 2024, the new campus of the College located in Longsheng New Town, Liangjiang New Area, the first national-level development new area in China's inland area, was officially put into use. The new campus is designed in line with the development concept of higher vocational education, with international styles as the architectural characteristics and aviation culture as the design elements, constructing teaching scenes integrating theory and practice, functional areas with humanistic wisdom, and harmonious and natural landscape environments.
On October 17, 2024, Zhaoxin Education Group's Industry-Education Integration Innovation Demonstration Park signed an agreement to settle in Longsheng New Town, Liangjiang New Area. The park has a planned total area of 850 mu and a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. Led by Zhaoxin Education Research Institute, the sponsor of our college, it will lead the construction of the Career Education Experience Center and the Digital Teaching Resources Experience Center. Meanwhile, it is planned to build the Hailian Aviation Theme Park, the Military Sports Characteristic Training Base and the T-mall Campus and other projects, creating a comprehensive park integrating higher vocational education, academic research, practical study and leisure and entertainment.
