Chongqing College of Science and Creation

Chongqing College of Science and Creation is a full-time private higher vocational college approved and registered by the Ministry of Education. It independently issues national diplomas and is recognized as one of the pilot units of the "Modern Apprenticeship" by the Ministry of Education. Additionally, it is acknowledged among the high-quality higher vocational colleges in Chongqing, the cultivation unit for higher vocational colleges in the city, and a National Advanced Private Education Collective. It considers the cultivation of virtue through education as its fundamental task and adheres to the educational principle of "cultivating skills and talents for long-lasting achievements", as well as the educational philosophy of "educating individuals in both character and knowledge, while advocating for skills and competence". The College has successfully nurtured tens of thousands of technically skilled talents, who are adept in multiple skills yet specialize in one, and are highly sought after by society. This success is attributed to its "3+1" education model, which encourages students to obtain professional, computer, and English level certificates alongside their graduation certificates, and its pursuit of integrating industry with education, as well as fostering cooperation between the college and enterprises.
The College covers an area of about 1,000 mu (approximately 417 rai), hosts more than 20,000 students, and has a building area of nearly 400,000 square meters (about 250 rai) with over 1.73 million books of various types. The College boasts complete teaching and living facilities, such as a library, gymnasium, swimming pool, and training center, with the total value of teaching and scientific research equipment exceeding 170 million yuan.
The College embraces an open approach to education, actively contributing to the "Belt and Road" Initiative by establishing partnerships with universities and industry enterprises in Germany, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Cambodia, and other countries. To date, in an effort to comprehensively promote international exchanges and cooperation in vocational education, the College has developed the "1+5" international cooperation model. This model consists of the College as the core, supplemented by a specialty, base, competition, forum, and project, encapsulating the concept of "using the ASEAN International School as the entity for running the College, the major of China-foreign cooperative education as the carrier, the construction of practice and training bases as the means, international skills competition as a breakthrough, international forums as a feature, and a series of international cooperation projects as the lever."
